Welcome to Nicky Nook!

Our teacher is Miss Guest and our brilliant teaching assistant is Miss Tong.

This half-term the children will be learning about Florence Nightingale in History and the significant impact she had on nursing. We will be learning about Everyday Materials in Science and will be investigating properties of materials and the suitability of different materials. We have been looking at the use of sliders and levers in everyday objects and will be creating our own sliders and levers by designing a page from the story of the Rainbow Fish. Nicky Nook have also enjoyed taking part in World Book Day activities and became curious scientists as part of our whole school investigations during British Science Week.
