Organisation

At Forton Primary and Pre-School children are accommodated in a Foundation Stage Unit. The children follow the same curriculum and are therefore taught together as one class with differentiated activities.

During the sessions the children follow a timetable which takes into account their need for a wide range of practical experiences and play activities. The children have access to outdoor play.

There is a snack table in the unit. Water and fresh fruit are available to the children throughout the day.

Costings

Morning session - £12         (8.55 – 12.00 am)

Afternoon session - £8        (1.00 – 3.25pm)

Lunch session - £4            

(children can bring their own packed lunch or choose a school meal at a cost of £2.40

per meal)

Full day session - £24 (plus £2.40 if having a school meal)

AM and PM Club

We run a before and after school that Pre-School children can also attend.

AM Club - £4           (8.00 – 8.55 am)

PM Club - £8.50      (3.15 – 5.30pm – 5pm on a Friday)
